Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
As we work with multiple trusted suppliers, processing times may vary slightly depending on the product. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on the supplier’s location and your delivery address. Typical estimates are:

  • UK: 5–12 business days

These are estimates only. Some items may arrive sooner, others may take slightly longer, especially during peak seasons or customs delays.


Multi‑Item Orders

If your order contains products from multiple suppliers, they may be shipped separately.
This means you may receive your items in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the supplier, product weight, and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link (when available).
Please note that tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear depending on the carrier.


Customs, Taxes & Import Fees

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees.
These charges are not included in our product prices and are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue quickly, whether through replacement or refund.


Address Errors

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address cannot be refunded if the parcel cannot be delivered.
